The Phreezound Orchestra is project of arranged music (nearly) 100% comprised of sounds sourced from the freesound.org website. Yes, it's mostly supposed to comedic.

The intention was to use the individual sounds and create new pieces that could quite possibly be played by an actual orchestra/band.

Special thanks to all the original musicians/uploaders for their work.

The bonus track "Caochangdi Suite" was originally created for the Disquiet Junto online music community but also sourced most of it's material from freesound.org so it is included here.

7. Caochangdi Suite
A three-movement piece created from sounds representing:
i. agriculture
ii. community
iii. industrialization

This idea behind this track was to make music for a Caochangdi Village National Day party in 2015, under the direction of Marc Weidenbaum for his Disquiet Junto online music community.

Caochangdi is a Chinese village that is home to many artists, including Matt Hope and Naihan Li. In the afternoon and early evening of Thursday, October 1, 2015, which is National Day in China, there will be a party in Caochangdi utilizing the unique and sizable Laoban Soundsystem. Laoban is fully Creative Commons hardware, and was developed by Matt Hope.
